Subject leadership is included: 15 record types cover self-evaluation, action planning, curriculum and progression, monitoring, staff support, resources, evidence, impact and leadership/governor reviews. Your own class tracking is separate from whole-school subject tracking. Core-subject reviews are half-termly; foundation reviews are termly.

YOUR INTERACTIVE DEVICE APP

Set up your class once. Use connected pupil pages, dated and searchable records, learning intentions sorted by date and subject, recurring timetable activities and additional sheets for repeatable records. Save and restore protected backups.

Planner entries are encrypted in browser/app storage on your own device; they are not uploaded to a GO pupil-record database. There is no automatic cross-device synchronisation. Clearing browser data, removing the app or losing the device can remove records. GO cannot recover forgotten passwords or missing records.

APP ACCESS AND INSTALLATION

Open 00-OPEN-FIRST.pdf first. Page 2 contains the App link and supplied purchase code. Open the link in Safari and enter the supplied code. No ChatGPT account or separate invitation email is needed for this customer access route.

On iPad, add the app to your Home Screen and open that icon before entering names. Enter the purchase code again if asked, then create your own device password. Initial installation requires internet; wait for “App available offline” and check offline opening before relying on it. Safari and the Home Screen app may have separate saved planners. The separate Optional-desktop-file folder contains Planner-Desktop-Only.html for optional use on a computer; iPad users should use the website and Home Screen route. PDF planner files are not included in the app-only pack.

Digital ZIP download; no physical planner is posted. 00-OPEN-FIRST.pdf explains every included file and gives separate computer and iPad instructions. Licence documents are in Reference-only. Use your school’s approved device, viewer, storage and sharing arrangements.
